Small kits ship in days. Larger branding projects run in phased sprints with clear milestones.

Can you audit our current brand?

Definitely. We do provide concise audit—typography, color, messaging and impactful recommendations — plus a clear roadmap to upgrade.

What’s your design process?

A fast, phased flow: quick brief → mood & direction → first concepts → revisions → final delivery. Clear milestones and clear communication will be given for a fuss-free and smooth process.

How many revision rounds are included?

Most kits include 2 rounds of amendments. Additional rounds of amendments are priced accordingly and will be stated in the quotation.

Can you start this week? Do you take rush jobs?

Usually yes. Rush slots are limited and include a small priority fee. Please ask for current availability.

Do I own the source files and rights?

Upon final payment you get full usage rights to the assets sent. However, the source files (e.g., PSD/AI/INDD, etc) can be included upon request at an additional fee as they are SHU Design's IP.

How do we brief you and share assets?

A detailed kickoff brief plus your existing materials (logo, copy, examples). Share via email, Drive, or wetransfer — whichever’s easiest.

For website projects, do you handle web build or just design?

Core is brand & UI design. However, we also offer full suite of website design and development packages. For custom dev, we partner with trusted builders.

What are payment terms?

Flexible payment, cleanest and simplest method of payment is via PayNow or direct bank transfer. 50% to start, 50% on delivery (or milestone-based).
